Purpose: We report a case of multiple branched retinal artery occlusion after collagen filler injection at frontal area.
Case summary: A 66-year-old man referred ophthalmology clinic after collagen filler injection presented with sudden visual loss in his right eye. At the first visit, corrected visual acuity was finger count 30 cm of right eye, 0.5 of left. Right eye presented relative afferent pupillary defect. Dilated fundus examination revealed a multiple haziness on posterior pole at right eye. FA demonstrated retinal artery filling delay and vessel wall staining. Three months after the initial visit, ocular pain, conjunctival injection and chemosis were disappeared, but visual loss and afferent pupillary defect were continued.
